These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getastud.com and the STUD device, web platform, and mobile app (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
What STUD is
STUD is a home-essentials device and platform that lets you link everyday products to a physical device so you can reopen and reorder them quickly by tapping your phone. Tapping opens a product or reorder page you selected; you complete any purchase yourself on the destination site.
Accounts & eligibility
You may use core features without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for the activity under it and for keeping your login secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Services — including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them to violate any law or the rights of others.
Third-party sites & purchases
The Services link to third-party sites such as Amazon. STUD is not responsible for those sites, their content, availability, pricing, or policies, and is not a party to purchases you make there. Your transactions and any returns, warranties, or support are between you and the destination retailer.
Affiliate relationships
STUD participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on the Services, at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Intellectual property
The STUD name, logo, software, and site content are owned by STUD or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the Services.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, STUD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, products, or content of third-party sites reached through the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law & contact
